Recruitment of Maintenance Personnel: Full-time and Part-time Custodian positions are recruited outside the Authority. Maintenance Aide, Maintenance Mechanic (steps 1, 2 and 3) and Foreman are promoted from within according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
