Business Opportunities at HHA
The Harrisburg Housing Authority is moving to an electronic procurement process via Housing Agency Marketplace. Housing Agency Marketplace is a secure Bid Program that allows businesses to receive solicitation notices and provide bidder information without disclosure of the bidder information to unauthorized third-parties or competitors. All major HHA solicitations are available online through the Housing Agency Marketplace program at no cost to the user.
To use the Housing Agency Marketplace, register HEREOnce registered, all HHA bid opportunities will be accessible to the registered user. Access, also, allows automatic notification of other opportunities that match a particular business product and/or service.
