All questions will be directed via the Bonfire website and not site offices. Once registered, all HHA bid opportunities will be accessible to the registered users.  Access also allows automatic notification of opportunities matching a particular business product and/or service.

All bidders must adhere to the provisions for equal employment opportunity and payment of not less than the Department of Labor’s prevailing wage rates plus fringes, as outlined in the documents.

HHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities in the bidding.  No bidder may withdraw bids within 60 days after the bid opening date.
