People move. Sometimes people move to a new neighborhood, a new town, a new city or new state. We understand that. Housing Choice Voucher Participants are able to take their voucher with them when they move. This is called a port-out. If you are coming to this area with your voucher and rent through us it is considered a port-in. We continue to accept port-ins.
