The purpose of the hearing is to obtain input from the public in reference to HHA’s MTW Plan and Application for the 4th Cohort of the MTW Expansion Program regarding Landlord Incentives to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in August. 2021. Residents, Landlords, and the Public are encouraged to attend this hearing. A mask and social distancing will be required for anyone who has not received the vaccination for COVID-19. A copy of the MTW Plan will be available for review for 30 days at www.harrisburghousing.org, on Facebook, and by appointment at the address seen below by calling 717- 257-3957.
