Invitation for Bid

Sealed bids for Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance services will be received by the Harrisburg Housing Authority, 351 Chestnut St. Harrisburg Pa, 17101. Due to COVID-19 concerns, bids will be submitted electronically through the Housing Agency Marketplace until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 1, 2021, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud via a Zoom conference.

Individual Site Visits will replace a formal Pre-Bid. All questions should be directed via the E-Procurement website and not site offices.

Invitation for Bid documents are available electronically at www.harrisburghousing.org (follow vendor registration to our E-Procurement Vendor). HHA strongly recommends registering for the E-Procurement Software as we are in the process of transitioning to electronic procurement and vendor list.

All Bidders must adhere to the provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity and payment of not less than Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates plus fringes as set forth in the documents.

HHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities in the bidding.  No bidder may withdraw bids within 60 days after the date of the bid opening.
